We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. When an amendment is considered small, we do not need to provide you with prior notice. If a substantial change is made, you will be made aware of this prior to a contract being exchanged. If you object to any of the terms and conditions on the website, you must cease to stop usage of the website. Continued usage implies your acceptance of these terms and conditons

Holycherrys.com is no way shape or form affiliated with Jagex LTD and under no circumstances is to be assumed to be so. Jagex LTD owns all the rights to all the content associated with Runescape.com.

This website contains elements which are copyrighted by Holycherrys.com. This includes the design, various functions, look, layout and appearence. Unauthorised reproduction of this in anyway is prohibited and will constitute theft as per English law, giving rise to a claim for potential damages.

All trade marks reproduced in this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website.

Inferno Service

The Inferno cape is an in-game item in RuneScape. All in-game items of RuneScape are property of Jagex LTD only. You are not purchasing an Inferno cape, but the assistance and guidance to achieve the Inferno cape yourself in RuneScape.

The remote Inferno service requires access to ones computer through remote connection. Holycherrys.com cannot accept liability for any loss or damages resulting out of this access. There is a risk of ban as associated with many game services and Holycherrys.com assumes no responbility of this risk of ban. We endeavour to disclose any hightened chance of ban explicity before the start of any service.


We do not produce our own gold. All in-game content is property of Jagex LTD. We solely act as an exchange for buyers and sellers.

When the exchange of gold is to be paid for via the blockchain network with Bitcoins (BTC), we require the customer to wait for a full set of confirms (6/6) and a higher rate may apply. When the exchange of gold is to be paid for via a Bank account transfer (UK only), one may be required to provide a suitable form of identification (ID) and a coressponding note signifying the nature of the purchase. This is stored in a way outlined by our privacy policy.

Holycherrys.com endeavours to provide gold instantly and in almost all cases will do so. However in unforseeable circumstances may not be able to do so and reserves the right to refund at will or provide the gold at a later agreed time/date.


Game accounts on the website are not the property of Holycherrys.com. Accounts are propety of Jagex LTD at all times. You are solely purchasing the access these accounts.

Holycherrys.com treats account provision with great care and respect. You will be provided all information relating to the account.

Holycherrys.com offers a grace period for bans and mutes following an account exchange of 1-2 weeks. This is ascertained at the point of exchange. Holycherrys.com will endeavour to unlock/recover accounts if the need arises, but after substantial periods of time (3+ months) cannot be expected to do so. Accounts are not to be sold/shared at anytime following a sale, and Holycherrys.com cannot be required to aid in account recovery if this is found to be the case.

Account Risk

There is a hightened risk of account termination when acting in contrary to a games terms of service, which often do not permit the act of trading outside of the game. You accept that any of the services provided by this website could present a risk to your account and Holycherrys.com will not bear responsbility of this under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

Holycherrys.com does not maintain a refund policy for the services provided. Though we are willing to comply in the interests of customer satisfaction, this is done on a case by case basis.
